Concord

Concord splits neatly into two kinds of work for us. Downtown and the older streets around Union Street North bring estate cleanouts and downsizing jobs — homes that have been in a family for generations and need clearing patiently, with paperwork and keepsakes set aside rather than tossed.

Out toward Concord Mills and the Speedway corridor, the calls are commercial: retail fit-out debris, old display fixtures, restaurant equipment and office clear-outs, usually on a tight schedule between tenants.

Concord sits at the outer edge of our thirty-mile radius, so we tend to batch appointments here. Booking a day or two ahead almost always gets you a morning slot.
