Every May and August, apartments around UNC Charlotte empty out and leave behind mattresses, futons, mini-fridges, desks and whatever would not fit in the car. We book heavily during those weeks and can handle single units or an entire building's worth of turnover for a property manager.
The corridor is not only students. The office parks along West W.T. Harris Boulevard and the businesses around University Research Park call us for cubicle tear-outs, old server racks, break-room appliances and end-of-lease clear-outs.
